They could still have a mixed branch, but keel the genders separated for most casual collabs and interactions. Let people pop into chat and VC within gender, but not between gender.
Stuff like that JP has already effectively implemented, whether by management of the livers themselves. It's not a crazy policy.
But for some reason management has some weird fixation on certain livers, like Luca, Elira, Enna, who can absolutely never be punished or face consequences no matter how badly they fuck up.
