Cover is "clean". The tipping point in terminating Haachama would be purely based on "vibes". Kind of like kicking a dog while it's down.
If they actually decide to graduate her, they should've done it back when she was having her meltdown.
Nothing is happening, though. Haachama will get back, get a small temporary boost, and eventually return to status quo.
