Some talents themselves have resigned to their fate, don't break out of their routine. Sometimes feels like members shill Hololive more than their own group, which no doubt turns fans off.
In the beginning their appeal was the bond of their group, now they won't have full group collabs unless forced by management. No one organizes any events, no JP/EN unity, in Izuru's own words "lone wolves who sometimes gather at the watering hole."
They find some success when branching out, but those viewers are fickle and aren't usually the ones supporting them by buying merch, going to events, etc.
