It's not that the girl can't like cute shit or dressing up sometimes, but there should be some indication that she usually likes to act or present herself in a somewhat "masculine" way, and from what I've seen, Shiori does not have that. Mori gets a pass because she wears all those baggy rapper clothes and calls herself shit like "your boy"
