Nina was demonized by the sisters for getting too close to the boys, which was unforgivable to them. (girls only exist to be accessories to men in nijisanji, not equals)
Sayu's was just a case of management (and the other members) being outright evil.
Selen's was an extension of the maliciousness of Sayu's case except they didn't realize they picked on the absolute worst target.
Holo doesn't seem to have the same kind of internal problems that'd cause a sayu/selen situation, though you could argue that rabid unicorns and shitposters are trying to turn shiori/erb/bae into a nina.
