What is wrong with people mixing up children with teenagers? Are they trying to cancel the concept of puberty itself? Puberty (around 13yo) which is the age that distinguishes children from teenagers, is when humans become biologically ready to reproduce, hence become attractive and attracted to the opposite sex. Everybody knows this because everybody went through it. It just so happens that in English, 13 is the first number to have "teen" in the name, hence why "teenager" is synonymous with sexy. What is controversial about this? I don't get it
