They can choose to do as many or as few projects as they want to, and there's a decent amount who really only accept things given to them by management which usually is decently management funded. Just because some of the girls are retarded enough to chase what will likely be a complete money sink doesn't mean they deserve synpathy for putting themselves in a tough spot, and I'm tired of the crying/talking about how they aren't gettimg 'paid' because they threw money away on a losing venture one too many times.

I don't understand why assume that everything with the talent is fixed. Where exactly do you get that impression? It seems to me that's the kind of thing you can't really see at all from a financial report. This shows figures and management's intentions but it's not on-the-ground kind of information.

Have you seen the amount of paid collaborations EN alone has been picking up? Over-saturation of a semi-small market will lead to a collapse when all those brands they sell to don't do as well with the IP as their banner to draw in new customers doesn't work as well.
