>>109581892Some, unfortunately, but definitely not all or even most. It's the same twisted logic behind "some beggars are scammers therefore you must treat all of them like they are." The real solution is to run a thorough background check on the charity, look into their successful projects, etc. Treating all of them like scam centers helps no one.
