Really not sure what you're trying to measure here. It's certainly not a big indicator of popularity, because it's a metric that is heavily skewed by type of content (shorts, music), length of streams, amount of streams and total number of VODs.
CC doesn't stream very long, doesn't do shorts and has very few music videos. She will naturally have significantly less views on her channel compared to someone like Raora who farms shorts or Gigi who streams longer, more often and has lots of covers.
