That said, Memory and others who have graduated before have become "Phase Citizens" which basically means they continue making money off old videos and can come back for events and stuff. Clara is the first person to actually graduate and refuse the Phase Citizen offer, choosing to have her content deleted instead.
There are a lot of good reasons why people think she would want to leave, but she mentioned totally different unexpected reasons in her graduation.
