Besides, it would be consistent with their other policies regarding the livers' PL content. Things like making new members private all their vods before their Niji debuts so that they can't get ad revenue, or telling Cy Yu that he wouldn't be allowed to do any voice acting work as Cy Yu or as his IRL name.
Or bonking Wilson for his PL tweets expressing frustration at being botted, or bonking Ryoma for his PL tweets expressing frustration at the fact that Aster was not fired for sexual harassment. They can bonk and have bonked livers for their PL activity, and it would be completely on brand for them to bonk the livers when their PL activity is explicitly of the "give me money without also giving Anycolor money" variety - middlemen generally don't like getting cut out of the action.
