Sigrid, who is obsessed with making it big as a streamer, kept asking them to get her in with Mouse, but they refused because they weren't THAT close and it doesn't work like that anyway.
Seth comes in at some point and manipulates Sigrid (if you're wondering how Bird factors in, she kind of doesn't aside from being in an arguably-abusive relationship with Sigrid) with outlandish promises of fame, including most notably an Adult Swim cartoon.
How that bridges into Seth personally having a vendetta against Coqui, Meat and 3AM is anyone's guess. In Grimmi's apology to Coqui she mentioned that Seth is on meds now, so he might actually just be schizo.
