Most nepotisms hires for the 'EN' branches, you end up girls that sound very similar. They' re from the or who are from the same region. With all the accents there are in English speaking world almost all the girls end up sounding the same.
Most friends share similar interests. You're less likely to get someone with wildly different hobbies. You're getting very same-y people.
You lose any surprise or newness factor of each new gen. With nepotism hires you have a fair idea who will be hired or what type of person ha will be hired for the next gen.
