I would absolutely believe Mori and Kiara are legit great friends. I think Kiara turns it up for stream, Mori turns it down for stream, and they're both in on it.

Idk about the senpai-kouhai thing though. I just think Mori isn't good at communicating with new people, and whereas Kiara is the kind of extrovert who adopts and lifts people, Coco is the kind of extrovert who likes to poke fun at them, if they can take it. Banter is in her soul. She just misjudged Mori's ability to take it a bit.
