That was an event that Filian hosted and organized and pretty much all of her big events have Mythic slapped on it because it's good marketing and she's their strongest warrior
It also wasn't just Mythic talents, and the ones who were there were there because they were nominated, or friends with Filian recruited to guest host or participate in one of the skits

It was a Filian event "brought to you by Mythic Talent," not a Mythic event.

There is nothing suggesting the Mythic talents who appeared were "hired" to do so (for this to be the case then you must also say that Moon, Gosegu, Mika and others who are not in Mythic were also hired to appear).

You are vastly overestimating what Mythic or any talent agency actually does, especially by suggesting that they had any sort of control over the Vtuber Awards, which was explicitly Filian's project.

All this reaching just so... you can say they're a vtuber company, I guess?
Except that they still aren't because they are not exclusive to vtubers.
