Strategy games work great for edited videos where you can just cut to highlights and give people a vague overview of what's happening without showing the minutae of turn-to-turn menu clicking. If you're going to actually stream one, it works best to have a collab where multiple people already experienced with the game can fuck around in coop and fill downtime with banter, and it helps a lot if it's realtime.
