Insomnia is kicking in again, hoped I could at least get a wink or two of sleep in before the stream, but I've been lying awake in bed for 4 hours now. How do fellow chmapyons cope with sleep deprivation? I'm kinda running out of ideas how to deal with it and I don't want to have to rely on drugs again
