This is half because either the voice director or her own weeaboo instincts are telling her to say it like an anime girl would go "Yattaaaa~", which doesn't sound at all like how people cheer in English, and half because we've heard how she actually goes "yaaaaay" and "yeaaaaa" when excited, which is the guttural murderous chihuahua noises.
This may only be resolvable by her learning enough JP to successfully do bilingual voice packs like debut, unfortunately, so it may take a while.
It does sound like she got some input on the dialogue (referencing the spice levels and the WHY ARE YOU RUNNING meme), so that's nice at least.
