She picks out comments in chat to reply to and asks followup questions even if it's about stuff she has no idea about so she can learn new things. She gives off an air of being genuinely interested in learning about other people, which is rare.
Of course given what she's said about her experiences with idols we know this is just her way of bringing a smile to her viewers' faces and she's not actually very interested, but the fact she's so considerate of others to encourage them to talk about their passions already makes her worth all the love in the world. I just really admire her a lot for how she approaches streaming.
