However I have not personally used it yet so I cant give my full endorsement at the moment. I dont know dosages or anything other than I believe it works. So this is why I cannot endorse it at the moment, however if your health gets dire, this is what I would recommend. Theres likely good documetaries on this on bitchute and odysee but the medical info is surpressed on youtube.
>the fourthI think ive stated this one before, but its worth mentioning again. Sleep! Your body heals the best and fastest while asleep. I can personally attest to this as well. I recommend you eat well along with the vitamins I recommended and then sleep during the day. When you wake up do some exercises and stretching to get the blood pumping, shower, eat, and then sleep again. This is the fastest way to heal. >>92854592I took that dosage of vitamin d for about 2 months and a half because I had some small red patchy spots on my arm. I self diagnosed as psoriasis (I couldve been completely wrong but thats what I thought). Daily high dose vitamin D is apparently the cure for psoriasis and a lot of skin conditions so I tried it, and yup those red spots are all gone and I havent taken those high doses of vitamin D3 since, and theyre still gone. I take it every once in a while just as maintenence. As for penis enlargement, I am aware of the study you are referring to. Thankfully God has made me large not just in height so I was not in need of any help, however since I was going to take the large doses anyway, I was interested if it would work or if it was fake news. I can tell you it does work. I didnt take measurements because I didnt care but I just measured against the length of my phone. You dont notice much size gains until the third month of taking it, thats when the gains come in. Like I said I was not in need of help, so I actually stopped taking the vitamin d because I noticed it was actually growing in length and girth and I didnt want it to get any bigger. The only side effect that can occur is they say it can potentially damage your liver, but thats at even higher doses than what I was taking and I dont feel any different with regards to liver health but I also drink a lot of water. Over the counter pain killers damage your liver far more so I was not afraid to take the dosage I was taking. Best of luck if youre going to do it.
