Player movement and level design were both better in DeS compared to DaS1 (blatantly unfinished levels) and DaS2 (terrible character movement and enemy placement). DeS feels better to play than both of those games and I'm never going to stop believing this way. It's a quickly replayable game that doesn't make you run around pointlessly while also giving you the freedom of which level path you want to proceed in.
