I might sound a bit NDF when I say this, but I think it's possible that she really didn't have Doki in mind when she said it. She might just be extremely stupid and was trying to do a "menhera brat needs correction" act, then only realized how bad it sounded with Doki in mind afterwards.
I have at least one memory of typing shit and sending it before realizing how absurdly bad it sounded.On the other hand... It sounds so close to Doki's start of the year that it's hard to believe she wasn't referencing her, and the stream was privated so if you didn't download a copy, it's hard to go find if there was other context.I guess that stuff's kind of off-topic though.
