Okay based on my quick overview of divination of Roman Emperors there are several steps which were needed for a living individual to be considered divine. Firstly, they need to be granted divine titles by the Senate, so basically we could be considered the Lia senate. Next there needs to be altars established for them, with them alongside traditional Roman gods. Then there must be some kind of public ritual or sacrifice which could include something like burning incense or another type of sacrifice. Then a priesthood would be set up to conduct rituals and oversee the cult of the emperor. So the divinization of a Roman emperor was more of a symbolic process rather than a particular ritual. I think all of these things could be achieved to get Lia to god status based on Roman practice. Though the entire process would be minimized so rather than having a Lia statue in the temple of Minerva for example we would simply need to establish our own mini altars.
