It was a kids movie where Bill Murray voiced the cat and the plot was about a made-for-the-movie character named Happy Chapman trying to steal Odie to get on Good Day New York to make money. The plot comes from Garfield using his animal friends (and Jon) to get Odie back from Chapman, at least according to IMDb, because I refuse to watch that movie again even though I have it on DVD.
The last time I saw it, I was 6, in 2004, when the movie came out.
