>>58137817It's because I was banned so that's why the thread was slow. Hope you guys didn't miss me too much heheh. Heheheheh.
Jokes aside, it's a number of different factors. Some anons (or one anon, who knows) tends to shut down discussion that might slightly waver from the topic of cute boys being cute. I remember seeing one conversation about why dykes like BL and another anon who didn't understand it and I thought it was an interesting topic, but another anon said to shut up about it. Was kind of dumb and there wasn't anything else really going on so there was no reason to stop the conversation. That's also why I just turn the other way when people want to rant about female collabs; there's no where else on the board where you can let it out without getting dogpiled. You could just not give a shit and hide the replies but still. Also, from their own words, some anons are "afraid to post". This one's the most baffling to me because there's also not many other places on the board where you can post your yume thoughts without men complaining about you getting horny despite them being hypocrites talking about their dick being hard over their degenerate fetishes or obnoxious fujoshi (or even hetshippers) hijacking your posts to turn it into something shipping related. It's in the OP that you can yumepost to your heart's desire so type up an entire essay if you'd like, even if no one reads it. I yumepost all the time and barely get replies but I don't give a shit because I just wanna let those feelings out. I don't get why someone would be afraid to post something in the thread where you're.....supposed to post. Also, I'm not sure if it's newfags or regulars being influenced but some people have fallen for shitposters (I'll admit, myself included sometimes) and have been one-guy'd. Some anons will say they appreciate a certain poster and likes what they type but then one person says they don't like it or finds their posts dumb or some other reason and that poster stops what they usually do just because of it. There was that one poster that showed a bunch of low-view indies on twitch and I liked them and found some good 2views but they got one-guy'd and didn't come here anymore. Sometimes us women being pushovers can be our downfall....
Also the high IP count could be anons posting at work, which I've done before.
