I could have some things wrong but from what I've gathered over time just browsing catalog threads Pippa did a stream where she created a fake vtuber agency using AI generated images to serve as the people in it and then since she didn't really own anything she created people could do whatever they wanted with it. I think most of them were picked up by people in her community to become actual vtuber identities they streamed under, but Nyanna actually got popular and she eventually moved onto using a proper model.
