She's trying, its clear as day to see, but her effort is going towards making music and showing off her singing ability.
Nobody could really hate her, she's a gem who manages to vibe with most people. But she's 300% English and unless you can trigger her sense of humour you'll get her stuffy southern politeness, which seems like indifference to most.
She also likes the kayfabe a little much.
