Meat, fish, good oils, probiotics, prebiotics, dairy, greens, etc etc. But I get that in SEA countries getting that kind of variety is pretty hard for most people. I can go buy pretty much any ingredient under the sun, but I live in a fairly wealthy area of the US with a fuck ton of importing hotspots. You likely won't be able to escape rice, but you can definitely substitute it. Grains are an important part of a balanced diet but I doubt it's easy to find farro or rightrice in SEA. If you don't have the room for a garden your best bet is getting a cheap mason jar sprouting kit and bulk seeds. The only thing you need to grow sprouts is a jar with a cheap sprouting lid, clean water, and the seeds. The seeds can be expensive but that depends where you get them and which ones you get, and not much make a shit ton of sprouts. You may or may not like the taste but you can season them in basically any way you want. They're loaded with nutritional value and if you have an actually horrible diet you probably shouldn't eat many of them from the start, 3 ounces of sprouts has enough high quality fuel that some people can get away with eating just that for an entire meal. It's extremely dense, like the dietary benefits of eating seeds and nuts but on super steroids. In your situation it's less about finding good ingredients and more about finding the resources to make your own. No clue what markets exist to ship sprouting seeds in SEA, but I'd consider looking into it since the initial equipment investment is very cheap in comparison to a garden and the space required is extremely small for how much value you get. Literally just a big jar on a shelf.
