>>62830503It's sad because when Okakoro or Sankisei joined Hololive it really wasn't really that big.. and every single one of the holos casually thought "huh this isn't working out, maybe I should leave lol" at least once in their careers.
They stuck it out because of Mio, Fubuki, Sora etc. serving as shining examples to follow back then.. even when they might not have had that much in terms of numbers.
Subsequent gens have all had amazing role models to look up to, emulate and strive to reach. Which is why the Hololive "box" is so powerful. There's a passion behind wanting to contribute to the group as a whole and make sure that you leave something of yourself in the legacy of hololive.
Who do they EN homos have to look up to in JP? Roberu, the guy who barely leeched his way into a 1k audience? Astel, who's menhera prime and drops literally every opportunity for growth thrown his way by sperging? Gamma, the Roberu clone who can draw? Aruran the fuccboi?
You could say maybe Miyabi was a good example of survival under bad odds, similar to Sora.. but it's been 5 fucking years and he's just as much of a shitter now as he was at debut.
Fact of the matter is, nobody within holostars cares about the holostars brand... so no potential recruit will have the passion for it either.
Just cut the entire thing off and save yourself the trouble Yagoo.. it's not going to work..
