did you know that Hawthorne is used to make the stakes to kill vampires? And Holly is to prevent them from entering homes? And rose thorns binds the vampires when theyre leaving their tomb?
I wanted to draw 4 plants before posting but it took way more work than i expected.
this time i put some lines around the areas that i wanted to put screentones to make it easier to place them and i liked the results.
and then i tried using 'hard' shadows again like i did with the last Bloom drawing and it got better this time, but that might be because plants have more tolerance for bad construction
i tried coloring wish brushes and airbrushes and blends another plant that i forgot the name but it turned into a blob so i just scratched the drawing
i wanted to simplify them more but its so hard looking for the most important shapes and lines...
