In this tournament, she knew she wouldn't perform well so she focused on improving for their sake, and cheering them on if she failed. In her FPS games, she mains support and focuses harder on keeping her team stable and alive rather than selfish kills. In Niji, nearly every project she ever did focused entirely on either celebrating her coworkers, or celebrating her fans. Even things that SHOULD have been selfish or self-serving like birthday stuff always had the other girls or boys hidden away somewhere in the margins, if not front and center, overshadowing her on her own art.
I'm convinced at this point that Nijisanji's primary targets for recruits aren't necessarily good streamers, but people with terrible self confidence or egos so that they can mold them like a cult. Seems to be a serious trend with every member I've seen.
