but you might be retarded I also live in a shithole country and I still managed to land decent laptops and just enough pieces for an above average rig which is now being tortured to run Mythos and whatever other model that might be interesting.
You might need to look for a proper tech store that builds you a rig or gets you decent parts at reasonable prices. That's how I managed to get my own rig.
