The host has to pass the wire under their shirt, clasp the mic and just talk. they are made so you can walk and talk, but they are sensitive enought that they have to mute them if they want to clear their throat or something.
fun fact: Aside from looking professional, shirts dont cause a lot of friction and you can use the coat to conceal the mic
