As I promised I will relearning the game from scratch, free of pre conceived notions.
I realized back with Akuma i had a solid offense and a good "flowchart" but no defense whatsoever no attempts to counterplay.
I do very solid at tournaments and ft2 rankeds were usually they are trying to impose their flowchart over mine and since I get the modern advantage showing them something they arent prepared to because everyone runs from moderns but in the battlehub i usually win, but when I usually tried to do sets to 10 I usually get fucking destroyed the second I got downloaded and nothing to do, defeats easily going from 3-2 to 10-2 and 20-2 never recovering.
To solve this I will start this training by rereading the book of footsies. I did it when I was starting but I guess it went over my head. Now lets see what I can I learn from that. Like last time, I will dedicate 3 hours a day *minimal* which is more or less all my free time.
My routine looks like this:
- Wake up around 6 am, exercise under the rising sun, this boost dopamine which is necessary to maximize learning.
- 7-8pm on my peak learning spot I practice the combos
- Work until noon
- Lunch, nap 20 minutes - this also boosts dopamine
- Around 1pm after nap I have the second dopamine burst from rest + lunch, now I will read the book of footsies taking advantage of the second period of max focus
- I will practice what I learned reading it in combats AND ONLY that : today it was Lesson 1: Whiff punish and Space traps. Mid fight I forgot of course and went monky but the important part is trying.

- Watch the sunset: This actually helps you sleep later on. Then take a bath, first hot to relax, then end with cold shower to boost energy
- Last block I will watch replays of pros for half an hour and play a few ranked to get used to the competitive feeling.
- Lights off at 10pm because bright lights after 10 kill dopamine (Watching the sunset protects you a bit for this apparently).
- Listen to chuubas after I go sleep, if no chuubas, I been listening to daigos audiobook. If anything its a bit of moral support: apparently daigo was a retard like me at the beginning , and he says he just persevered his way out by working harder than anyone else
The objective is to reach Legend or 2000 Elo with Bison before 2xKO gets released.
Also at some point I must be able to defeat Huntress, and Sophie and any anime women that stands before me. They will rue that day,
