It's not even just that 4k members is big, that's a known fact. It's that Gura has almost entirely disabled gift memberships since its existence (it's only recently made itself enabled again) and she's been arguably the most inactive member in HoloEN right now barring Kronii. She just went on a streak of having 2 total streams in what, 12-13 days? And coming off a month of 10 public streams total.
