Not sure I completely agree, I think she's just self-conscious about being an "edgy retard" and sitting around doing nothing but "hanging out in voice chat." I don't think these aspects of her have necessarily changed.
She's definitely trying to spice things up by adopting a customer-facing personality similar to a ranting Youtube blogger/generic Twitch streamer, and it's definitely at the expense of just chilling with the boys and being herself, and it's definitely not necessary to retain her old fans. It seems that she also feels like her current content has dried up and isn't much more than "putting in hours" and doesn't want to keep pumping out dry dog food for harines.
I'm only concerned for her mental/financial health going into this major change in lifestyle. If she wants to do stuff in real life so she has more to talk about and carve out a camo-wearing white trash persona, she clearly has some idea that it's good for us and good for her and I'm not sure it really falls under the same category as her vaguely-political, vaguely-gamer fleshtubers. Fishing zatsu and animal cams could legitimately be very good and would closely adhere to the expectations of vtubing (though it'll scare the fish).
She's just... man, she is so bad at communicating.
