This is kinda out of nowhere but I was watching Ewiwa's Xenoblade 3's VOD and when she got the "Full Metal Jaguar" class she pronounced it as "Full Metal Jagwire".
Now, it's not rare to see either of the dragon sisters struggle to read words at times but this isn't the first time I heard that pronunciation! Turns out there is this duo of Age of Empires 2 casters called T90 and Dave who also pronounce Jaguar like that (as a joke nowadays, but it was serious on the early days) and the thing is, Dave happens to be Canadian (while T90 is American). So I feel compelled to ask to all the burger/leaf anons, is this a common thing in the country/continent?
