Don't blame Mori's advice for people being stupid and overworking themselves. You're evacuating them of their own personal responsibility. If they are so easily undone by putting their nose to the grindstone, then with our without Mori's input, they were doomed to fail regardless and shouldn't be involving themselves in the industry.
