Of the people who've left Mata is 100% the kind that is extroverted enough to continue hanging out and doing things and will not let any potential awkwardness from doing so even exist. She did say that she wants to focus on doing solo stuff for a short while afterwards, but she both specified it wouldn't be for long, and it's likely to gain her footing as to how she'll operate now and any changes she didn't foresee to deal with. I've also just sort of assumed that VShojo going this long between the termination date and the date she's actually leaving was to give her time to make sure everything's in order. Most workplaces call it putting in your 2 weeks because that's how long they take to offboard someone, but VShojo's doing it over 2 months lol.
