Pekora's high standard isn't even a rrat anymore since Marine, her own genmate, has told she's having a hard time asking pekora for a collab due to Pekora entertaining only ideas that are up to her standards.
And a quick skim through Hagure's pixiv and it seems she's only great at drawing pre-existing characters and one's' that has little to no clothing.
Personally, I think Hagure is just ill-fitting for our bunny princess and would only release a new outfit if the idea of it would come from Pekora herself.
