>>80166133Really good. I double fried the french fries so they're nice and crispy but fluffy in the middle which adds a nice texture on top. Even though I seasoned them well, the main flavor comes from the hot dog or sausage. Using the all beef hot dogs I had left over from the 4th turned out to be the better combo than the salsicca I bought or the pork hot dogs they used back in rome.
