Gen 3 was originally going to be premade models but fans and talent kicked up about it and Sakana backed down, Gen 3 again got their own input with Muyu obviously getting the same artist and rigger as her previous.
All the premade models that were made have ended up getting used as managers. And yes, Lia had no input in hers but she did get what she wanted later on which saved her place in the company.
