Because they made their stance clear, same as all the Holos who HAVE collabed with males, Bae, Suisei, Mori, Sora, Towa, Fubuki, Matsuri, etc.
Kronii tried to play both sides, parasocial is a high risk, high reward type of vtubing. But she reaped the rewards and then hid behind management when the risk loomed.
