Ideally they should do that, but if they can't for whatever reason, they have to hide their tracks as if the CIA is after them. Which means heavy as fuck keyfabe, and scrubbing from the internet any trace of real life romantic relationship.
If they can't do that, while pandhandling with a GFE larp to a bunch of men who don't know any better, I don't have any problem with them getting roasted once they get found out.
