>>105947689She said she would murder Fish "if he hurt her" which is very vague and she defines what that is. Shon is incredibly self-important and prone to delusions of grandeur, not to mention petty, wrathful, and dishonest. It's not that crazy to assume she will eventually dream up some drama that didn't really happen, launch an attack in revenge for an imagined slight to protect someone who was never in trouble, and end up being the one to hurt her herself.
In all likelihood, she actually felt hurt and left out when she realized Tanya was joining and started saying these things to try and reach out and prove her friendship, but in practice she executed this by lashing out and trying to drag her and her new coworkers down. All she knows how to do is sooth her own discomfort, not to respect others' actions or feelings. It's supportive only in the most superficial way possible, or in other words, she repeats that she has good intentions because she wants to be seen that way, but her actions are toxic and destructive.
It's bad enough that her framing is really misleading, but you yourself witnessed her openly start drama just to rope Tanya into it and you are currently engaged in arguing about that drama online. Helping? Supportive? Protecting her? Huh????
