Think this is a coincidence, or Hoolive decided to move most events at 9 PM?
From what I've noticed in previous months, 9pm would be a better start time for events to maximize audience.
It also allows those streaming in prime time to continue their streams from 6 or 7PM rather than interrupt for an hour, how Pekora and Kanata would do.
Plus a lot of their night time streamers like Korone and Watame started at 22-23 anyway, so they might get a better influx of people directly from the event.
