I just can't get this out of my mind. It has to be the most important detail of the whole MV, hell it literally starts with this sentence. I've always thought that the Ninomae family just has to have some connection to the cult of the Ancient Ones (otherwise I can't explain how they'd have access to a book as volatile and dangerous as the Necronomicon, nor how they'd ever get a girl in the family who can survive with the knowledge contained in the book), and it'd make the whole shrine maiden thing make much more sense, since it can just be a family shrine dedicated to the Ancient Ones.
I'd go as far as to say that Temari could be a song metaphorically linked to the pressure that family often puts on you to become the person that they want you to be and do the things that they want you to do, without any consideration for your feelings, but I'm probably over-analyzing the fuck out of it. Ina has seemed to be touched by this kind of topic in the past though, so I'm storing this in the back of my mind.
