Instead of loading everything on the second card you only select to load "Body" and "Body Bonemod". Then it transfers the proportions of the second card onto the first. Sometimes there'll be some additional adjustments required because of differences in skintone and the like, but I like to put Milky's proportions onto people for a quick and easy huge ass and huge tits version if I need it. Just make sure to save it as a separate card if you want to reuse it so you don't overwrite the original.
