Luca is both simultaneously a nice guy who supports his co-workers behind the scenes(remember he gave Selen money for Obsydia Crossing) AND an annoying bitch who nobody wants to tardwrangle. It might even be that BECAUSE he's outwardly nice to everyone while acting like a cute baby brother, his co-workers are too scared to criticize him and feel the need to invite him to collab where he ruins the vibes. I just think his heart is in the right place but he needs to be more self reflective and make an effort to read the room better.
