Kronii was a 2view for a couple months and really wanted to be a seiyuu so it's not as clean a "whatever I guess that makes sense" excuse but is way better than Shiori who has like 5 years experience as a chuuba and is a progenitor of the EN scene overall. You'd think she'd know something, anything about Holo.
Not even that but she had months to catch up after getting hired and didn't do that. I got the impression she's surprisingly lazy/incompetent from her first couple of streams being her literally just standing there talking about shit with no slides or anything and I guess that's correct.
